“En general las instalaciones están muy bien (jardines, piscinas, etc) Fuimos bien recibidos y ubicados rapidamente El apartamento estuvo bastante bien aunque pueden mejorar 2 detalles: limpieza en puertas y limpiar o cambiar cojines del balcón. También cambiar toallas porque ya el olor no es agradable. Del resto todo bien y el sitio es muy tránquilo y relajante”

“Property is in a gated community that in less than 8 weeks had 14 power failures not related to the property owner but throughout the area. Unfortunately, Dominicans are not proud of their country by throwing garbage all over the place even on the Caleta beach as well as in the water itself which is already covered with large rocks. Dominicans motorcycle and car drivers are very reckless and noisy and do not respect pedestrians at all. Given that the condo was not equipped with window screens,……

“We enjoyed our stay at the loft. The property is very spacious with several balconies and a fabulous rooftop. A few issues came up but Warren was very responsive and sent help to the property right away. The grounds are beautiful with many pools and 24/7 security at the entrance. The location is wonderful for walking around Dominicus. We walked to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and beautiful Dominicus Beach. There are resorts nearby but I highly recommend staying in a private apartment……

“The overall facility was great. Clean, friendly, great swimming pool and around the clock front desk staff managing who enters.The individual rental unit was nice. The outdoor patio was terrific, and the sleeping/living quarters were fine, but could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival.Communication with the owner was lacking at best. Bottom line, it turns out the owner lives in New York and has a co-manager who lives near the rental property. There was much confusion about this relationship……
