“For any participants in Ironman competitions in PCB, this is a GREAT location and property. Affordable, yet walkable to the Ironman village and the transition area for race day itself. Also a huge bonus getting to look directly onto the beach and waterfront, all while having access to pools and hottubs on the property. It made it so easy to navigate during race prep and easy to return to after a tough competition. Highly recommend!”

“Broken nightstand in master bedroom. Dishwasher would not drain. Basically the beautiful view from the balcony was the best part a lot of space but completely outdated and a lot of cosmetic repairs needed. ”

“The condo is very inviting and comfortable. It was very clean and smelled clean. The balcony view was amazing. It’s in a busy area but it’s still quiet and serene especially at night. The parking was chaotic due to unforeseen closing of parking areas by the city last minute. The lady that I was in communication with about the situation that was over the condo was very nice and went over and beyond to help. I would stay here again. ”

“The place is kind of run down , but the biggest detail I didn’t get the memo on is that you get 4 towels and wash clothes to last you your entire stay , don’t have a washer or dryer in the room either so I had to go to target to buy some because I asked for some and got told what you got is what you get . ”

“Only good thing about this Room was the view. Other then that, the carpet in the living room was disgusting and needs to be replaced. Its rippled in some places. The whole place needs a deep clean. Cupboards are worn, front of fridge has rust spots as well the stove. Not happy about the amount of money I spent and get a dirty rental.”

“Had a great time. The last night there was a lot of loud music and people partying kind of late. ”

“Location is great, building is nice and relaxing atmosphere. Our condo was opposite, toenails on floor beside a bed, sheets left in washer that smelled soured, trash in bedroom floor, and dust was on dressers in bedroom. Also, check in was at 5pm, we arrived to town 4pm and directions stated we would be called close to 5pm with code to door. Never called had to email owners and the. Manager had to go to condo and change code so we could go. Almost 6pm before we could get to condo, so very……

“Condo was great except didnt know need different code to enter building was not present in website. Missing TV in back bedroom. WIFI PASSWORD NEEDS TO BE UPDATED ONSITE AND ON FYLER IN KITCHEN. ”

“Great location and set up”

“The condo had tile floor throughout but there was no vacuum only a broom to get the sand up for week. The couch was probably 30 yers old and the cushions literally sank down below the wood frame. It was a pullout that we were depending to sleep on but the pullout was broken and the mattress was tore up. Most of the communication with rental company was good but I was told someone would try to come change out mattress for couch and that never happened. Unfortunately I feel that we will never……
