“The hotel and pool area was extremely clean! We were close to everything without being on the main drag of Panama however a hot breakfast was advertised and was not provided. We were disappointed in that as we book with Choice brands because of the hot breakfast since we travel with a child but other than that we would stay again. ”

“Researched before booking and even called the property to ask if the pool was heated. I was told it was heated. Upon arrival the pool was not heated at all. In fact, it was ice cold. Disappointing considering we booked this over a couple of other lesser expensive options for the heated pool. ”

“Not a lot of staff, we enjoyed our stay but our power went out for a couple hours and we had a hard time getting in contact with someone. Room was ok, but I think could use a better cleaning. Seemed like staff maintained the outside well. Elevators worked good. ”
