“I had to wait over an hour to check in because the first room they put me in was not clean. There was some confusion as to finding clean rooms. I also had no hot water to shower two of the days I was there. The staff tho was very kind and super awesome. Shout out to Deserai who does breakfast and Rick the security guard who helped me get through some tough days as my stay there was to be close to my parents so I could help nurse my father who was dying of leukemia.
