“Tolles Hotel mit schönem Pool und tollen Strandservice. Empfang sehr distanziert und wenig hilfsbereit bei ausländischen Gästen. Am Besten online einchecken und auschecken, keine Reinigung und schlechtes Frühstück. Alles sehr unpersönlich ”

“El hotel en excelente condiciones, habitaciones comodas y limpias, sin embargo es importante la limpieza diaria, cambio de las toallas y la basura es lo unico negativo. Solicite un cepillo para barrer y limpiar mi habitacion. Nos hospedamos 4 dias y 3 noches y no correspondió nunca el dia de limpieza deben prestar atención en eso. El desayuno bueno. La piscina es pequen̈a para el hotel y la cantidad de habitaciones. Sin embargo nos volveriamos a hospedar alli.”

Balcony door did not close all the way but we had no worries of anyone climbing up the balcony to kill us! Staff was warm and welcoming. Mama Karen was such a doll. Juan cleaned our room and even made a bird out of a towel. So sweet. ”
