“We’ve stayed at this resort at least 10-12 times over the last 20 years. Always loved the grounds, multiple pools & jacuzzi’s, the availability of food, Starbucks coffee and ice cream. But some of condos that we’ve stayed in at poorly stocked, run down. It’s like the owners just gave up on updating their units. (This is no exaggeration one time we stayed in a unit with computer monitor size tvs that you could barely see from the bed). We will return as my husband loves this place and I like it……

“This is, by far, one of our new favorite hotels to stay in. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Great pool, lazy river, hot tub and tiki bar area with very easy access to the beach. Easy parking entry and exit. Our only issue was no heat our first night, room was 67 degrees. Maintenance had to replace the heater unit the next day. Hotel comped our fees for that night.”

“I thought the property had many nice amenities. There was both in indoor and outdoor heated pool, along with an outdoor hot tub! Although it was particularly cold during our stay so we did not get to take advantage of all the amenities. The grounds were well taken care of - with a Caribbean vibe ! The beds were very comfy and the Junior Suite was nice. Overall it was accommodating enough. Also excellent elevator service . I would stay there again !!”

“Emerald was awful at communicating. Kept adding fee aftef fee after fee. I was originally told the fee at the hotel would be $250 yet when we got there it was almost $600. They Re refused to let us park a 3rd car for our 3 bedroom condo that can sleep 10. The staff at the front desk was unhelpful to say the least. I will never be staying here again. Our room was also damaged in several places and the staff did not care. They were so strict about everything, even the most ridiculous things. If……
