“The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the beach. This "resort" was by far in the worst shape I have ever seen. There were gaps between the front door and door frame, the bathroom was chipped and falling apart, and the entire area was in ruins. Thankfully, we were refunded. ”

“No kettle provided which I think is important. I don’t understand why no show curtain. Toilet flooded every night after shower like a mess. Room service didn’t wash my dishes! Room is clean though.”

“This hotel was great. The only reason I did not give five stars for the staff & service was because the black lady with the curly hair at front desk was extremely nasty. I called before I arrived and she quickly dismissed me and told me I couldn’t check in however when I got there I was helped by someone else and was able to get checked in with no problems. On the last day she was very rude and dismissive and did not want to help with directions or cruise info. Other than this woman everything……

“We stayed in this hotel for three days, we are all very satisfied, the room was large and spacious, I love the full size kitchen .and the hotel was clean and quiet. We all get a good night's sleep. The hotel is surrounded by outlet malls and supermarkets . Universal Studios, Disney and the airport are all within a 20-minute drive. It's very convenient. We will definitely choose this hotel again in our next vacation. Another important point is that the staff is very professional and……

“房間很寬敞，設備齊全，出乎意料有兩間浴室，我們住宿了十晚，整體而言經驗很不錯，是個很適合度假的地方，也可以透過簡訊隨時跟飯店溝通需求跟反應問題。飯店內有很多有休閒設施可以使用，像是有簡單滑水道的游泳池、踏板船、腳踏車、健身房等等，很不錯。 缺點有兩項：我們是因為有提供環球影城和迪士尼接駁而住這邊，接駁車雖說是免費但其實包含在每天25美金（稅前）的設施使用費內。另外，接駁車是跟第三方合作，途中會接很多飯店的遊客，這間飯店距離較遠，所以需要比較早起床，比較晚回來，而且我們旅途期間還發生一次不愉快經歷：接駁車遲到一小時，回到飯店已經凌晨。建議大家如果為了接駁車選擇這家可以再考慮。 另外，房間是每隔幾天打掃一次，但是打掃人員有點粗心。我們房間內跟門口出現了一整包的毛巾，房間內的地板也沒有打掃乾淨。”
