“The hotel canceled on me before my trip and never reimbursed me. Sad to know they have hurricane damage but you can’t just take people’s money without providing a service. “The property was great some staff not the most friendly! The breakfast crew were awesome and the room cleaner but because we didn’t take the package to return the woman treated us like we weren’t there when we said hello the next day ! Not impressed ”

“Place was stunning. Our only disappointment is the website shows two casual places to eat that were not on the property. Property needs seating (tables and chairs) close to pool with casual food for at least breakfast and lunch appropriate for swim attire. ”
