“Mama Shelter is conveniently located in Kirchberg, close to the tramway line. The hotel is very modern and cosy, the rooms are comfortable and generous. The restaurant and bar as well as the bakery are all good with a tasty modern and fun atmosphere. We stayed in 2 connecting rooms with our 2 daughters. Our kids just loved the fun and cool vibe of this wonderful and not too expensive hotel. We will be back for sure !”

“Great location close to all the major tourist attractions. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, clean and well maintained. The street was quiet and we found the security great.”

“I recently stayed there for a weekend in April, which was very nice. When I arrived, the hotel was even better than I imagined for the pictures I saw online. It was so very nice, and spacious room with a classic look, just impressively appealing. A nice little hotel they only had eight rooms but they were fabulous rooms with painted birds on wooden doors and plenty of room for everything you would need. The reception staff were very friendly and professional and absolutely excelled at customer……

“Excelente! Apartamento com tudo novo, boa estrutura conforme anunciado, anfitrião muito acessível e prestativo. Vi que alguém reclamou das portas/janelas estarem danificados, mas estão perfeitas! São modelos com vedação dupla contra som e frio e abrem em dois sentidos, horizontal (porta) e vertical (ventilação). Boa localização 10 minutos da estação de trem a pé. Não tenho nada a reclamar e certamente me hospedaria novamente.”

“BEWARE! The owner did not provide the details for the lockbox unless the cleaning fee was paid in advance (and asking for more than advertised). The property then changed to a different location entirely, as the one advertised was suddenly not available. All of the above happened after check in time had commenced. Needless to say I did not fall for this and neither should you!”
