“My stay was horrible. I complained about the bed not comfortable keep moving while sleeping. And the photo to be covered as it was not making my sleep. Nothing was done or attended. Towels were not in the room. Breakfast made milk was sour or made me to have stomach problems. Shower gel not replaced. It was not a good experience to be in that hotel, i fell i need a refund for such experience. No phones in the room need to go all the way down to complain or say your need. Air-conditioned not……

“Rented a lodge last minute but unfortunately the house had not been cleaned, the place was a mess from the previous occupants. The front end staff were very helpful but limited in what they could do as it was New Year’s Day, we ended up needing to move twice in our 2 night stay. We were offered an average breakfast for the inconvenience but not suffice for spending half our time moving. Disappointed.”
