“The hotel was clean butbthere were smokers thatvwerevstaying on the 2nd floor. By smokers i mean the skunky stuff otherwise hotel was very clean. I did letvthe staff lnow but they really couldn't do anything about it. ”

“The location is incredibly convenient, close to Hilldale Shopping Center and just a short drive from downtown Madison. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-designed, with a separate sitting area that made it feel more like a small apartment than a standard hotel room.”

“I was pleasantly surprised. Food was really good. Only thing is I had no view from my window due to its location but that is minor because I wasn’t in the room much anyway!”

“At check-in, the desk was initially unstaffed although there was a sign asking us to wait for the staff person to return. Once that person arrived, they said we appeared to have two rooms reserved, but couldn't find the reservation that I recognized and had printed. Eventually, they figured out how to resolve it but the initial experience was not positive. The room was fine and the free breakfast was good.”
