“Going to the Seventy-four Ranch is like stepping back to the Old West, only prettier. Awesome place and enchanting tales from the owner. Pam and Jane are fabulous people. We went to this place for a respite, and we got what we wanted, with beauty and charm. Even the horses were friendly. We can't wait to go back with our family and friends.”

“Deer outside every morning and night was awesome. Couldn’t use fire pit outside because of dry windy weather. Very cute and clean cabin. Perfect for our family of 5. Except there is only one shower. Two bathrooms one downstairs has shower sink and toilet. The one upstairs has only toilet and sink. The downstairs bathroom has heated floors which is awesome but it’s small so the positioning of the toilet nd sink is akward. You can rest your chin on the sink while you sit down to pee. ”

“Beautiful cabin; it was a well thought out floor plan. Cabin was supplied with anything you could possibly need. Deck was tree top high. We fed 50 lbs. of apple deer corn to the deer. One evening we had 13 deer. Hope we get a chance to return. ”

“The Treehouse is really just amazing! The place is clean, well kept and feels so cozy. Sitting up in the trees while still being so close the the town of Ellijay was just perfect for what we were looking for. The driveway was a little intimidating with a 2 wheel vehicle but we easily solved that by leaving our vehicle at the bottom across the road. We hike/bike a lot so walking up and down wasn't an issue for us once we unloaded upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again!!”

“We stayed here for our duo family spring break trip from North Florida! We enjoyed spending St Patrick’s day and spring break with the many deer who frequently visited the property, enjoyed attempting to fish on the river and at the local pond, enjoyed all the property had to offer hot tub game room fire pit. William was very responsive and helpful! The drive in is a bit windy and hilly for us Floridians and the steep driveway in was little much for us lol but overall would definitely come……

“The Loft was just perfect. I did get a little chilly the last night, could have used some hot chocolate but there was a selection of teas to select from so I went with Tea. The owner checked on me daily to make sure I had everything I needed and even carried my bags up on arrival. ”

“The arrival instructions need to change. There is a much easier way to get to the address. Also didnt know about the gate house, stumbled apon that after getting lost in the park. We checked in with the guard. The contact ended up having to come drive us to the cabin because we couldnt find it. The cabin was nice, comfy, clean. Had all items you need. Didnt give it an excellent rating due to instructions. We wasted a lot of time trying to figure things out.”
