“Location was beautiful. The sunrise was gorgeous. The kitchen was stocked. The bay offered so much wildlife to see and sharks were caught off the dock, iguana and alligator spottings! The beach a quick trip. Close to grocery and live bait. House was perfect for our 2 families of teens to have a great time. Oh and the kayaks, corn hole and bikes were a great hit! Not to mention ALL the beach stuff you could use from the garage. ”

“We were 10 people and we loved the house! It was an amazing trip. House is in a beautiful neighborhood and perfect location. Close to everything! House had 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths on the canal. House is a bit dated but very clean and in good shape. The management company and owner were very polite and easy to communicate with. He made sure our stay was perfect. Will definitely book again wirh him in the future.”

“The property is in a good location and the boat dock is a plus. However, there were roaches in some of the rooms, one of the bathrooms has plumbing problems, the shower does not drain properly, and the fixed AC temperature does not allow the bedrooms to cool enough, at least for this time of the year in Florida. We had to buy fans to be able to sleep at night. ”

“We really liked the property and being right off the canal and reasonably close to the ocean. Would highly recommend this vacation destination. ”

This house was very clean and had all the essentials for cooking meals at home.Mark was the most responsive best host we have ever stayed with. He had tons of recommendations and got immediately back to me with any questions i had. The pictures of the house do not do it justice. It is way better in person. If you are going to Marco Island this should be your next house!”
