“The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. There was a minor issue with the readiness of the room, but it was immediately addressed. We enjoyed the view of the lake from our room. The only negative thing I observed was that the room needs to be updated with new carpet and curtains.”

“We had a large room (suite?) that would have fit six if we used the pull out. It was soooo roomy and the BEST was a separate room for the toilet. What?!? That was awesome- toilet and sink in one room, shower and sink in another. I’ve not seen that before and it was great! Staff was great and the breakfast was really good for a buffet style. Coffee was good and the hotel was really clean - all around def 5 stars. Esp in today’s mediocre hotel status!”

“I booked another room just to get a little downtime to myself. I had planned to check out the hotel’s bistro and a few other places near by. Once I had a long shower and sat on that luxurious king bed, I was out like a light. 12 restful hours. Guess I really needed that down time!”

“At 78 we had carry our bags down a flight of stairs with no help.We complained next day and were moved.Restaurant only open half the time we were there.After the move the room was fine.”
