“The staff didn’t have a smile face and had no patience to answer customer’s questions. We booked 3 persons’ room, but only had 2 persons stuff(cup, towel etc) in the room. The hotel service is not good. Only I appreciated the Starbucks staff had a smile face and serviced us well.”

“Breakfast has lots of choices and food for everyone. They kept refilling the breakfast quickly so no wait and the food was hot and fresh. Options of yogurt, eggs, waffles, sausage, cereals, apples, oranges, bananas, english muffins, toast, and oatmeal. Also, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate along with juice options. Bed was super comfortable with many sheets and blankets to keep warm! ”
