“Fantastic service, free cookies and fantastic staff ”

“Everything was great just a few upgrades needed as far as the elevator and also the cement outside of the hotel was a bit slippery due to rain other than that great stay thank you ”

“The staff didn’t have a smile face and had no patience to answer customer’s questions. We booked 3 persons’ room, but only had 2 persons stuff(cup, towel etc) in the room. The hotel service is not good. Only I appreciated the Starbucks staff had a smile face and serviced us well.”

“Staff exceptional; friendly, competent. helpful. Only problem was door to the room which was faulty, not fitting well, had to slam it hard to get it shut.”

“Although some areas are a little outdated its a very comfortable and cozy place. Room was super nice and updated and very clean. The pool was nice although small and we had to go back to our room to bring towels down to the pool. It was also super close to walmart and a lot of restaurants which was super nice. Over all it was a great stay. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. ”

“Just stayed for 3 nights and everything was great. The first night our room was very warm as the AC did not seem to be working correctly, I reported it to the desk and it was fixed by the next afternoon when we returned to the room. Breakfast was ok and the pool was smaller than we expected but everything was super clean and every staff member we interacted with was very nice and helpful. Would stay again.”
