“Easy hotel with friendly staff. They could do with hiring more people, though, to help with rushes at the front desk. Also it would be helpful if they stocked quarters for the washing machines - we had to go on a quarter quest. Other than that, a good stay. ”

“The stay was good, very quiet and central to downtown Reno. The only thing i would note is that the fan (ac and heating) was extremely loud.”

“The stay was a quick overnight in the middle of a long drive. The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom could have looked cleaner however. I think the shower has gotten stained and it looked kind of dirty. My only other complaint was that it was a Saturday night and they didn’t have the restaurant open. The only other areas to eat nearby was fast food. I will stay again. ”

“My husband and I stayed 2 nights. We met my sister and brother in law who were there for a convention. They brought their 2 dogs, which worked out well. They also wanted the kitchen facilities as they are gluten free. We liked the daily breakfast. We all liked the nearby walkable dining options. Wish there was a nearby casino shuttle, but all in all we would recommend.”
