“Everything was Nice until I saw bugs in the bathroom ”

“This place was a private haven in the middle of Memphis! The entire property has a privacy fence with gate which definitely makes you feel safe and secure! We absolutely LOVED the Viking kitchen stove since we cook quite often, and the large shower was wonderful and luxurious! The beds were quite comfortable, and the customer assistance from Julia was great! She was available for helping answer questions, help us get into the property gate, etc. she was very kind and prompt with her replies……

“This place is advertised as a HOTEL. It is NOT. Even though the name says it is an extended stay, they told us that they reserve some of the rooms as a hotel but you are still treated as though you moved into an apartment. There are no hotel amenities, (no shampoo/lotion/hair dryer, etc) no room service of any kind, no cleaning of the linens, floors, garbage while there. ALL rooms advertised as Non-Smoking but every room is smoked in and our room STUNK!! We immediately told the front desk and……
