“The hotel staff could use some training on how to greet their guests in a more friendly and inviting manor. Kindness goes a long way and can leave a lasting impression. “A real gem- a quality space in an ideal spot for experiencing Lewes. Room has kitchenette and separated living area from bed. Appurtenances are of high quality- and desk attendants are courteous and knowledgeable. Much better value than hotels which are a traffic jam away on Coastal Highway. Desk attendant does not work nights so property was unmanaged through the evening otherwise it's a perfect way to do business or pleasure in the area. ”

“Hotel is very clean , room spacious, front desk nice reception. Parking is just a bit a problem when entering the parking the entrance is very tight you have to be very careful not to hit the wall , other than that , the hotel is very nice and good . “Unfortunately there was a lot of construction going on around during our visit. Access to the beach was inconvenient especially for one with limited mobility. ”

“There was a "glitch" in the reservation process. When I arrived at the property I was told it was full. However, I made another Hotels.com reservation for the night. After my trip, working with Sony at Hotels.com and the property, my full redund was processed. Thank you Inns at Lewes and Hotels.com ”
