“The hotel is very close to the bus station and the supermarket. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to Bayonne or Biarritz by bus. The staffs were nice and willing to assist us during our stay. The light in the toilet was not enough but it was not a big problem. It is a budget choice when cheaper rooms in Bayonne and Biarritz are full booking.”

“We loved our stay at Leonardo Hotel San Sebastian. The location was very convenient, it is situated in a quiet residential area with easy access to public transportation, with a bus stop right in front of the building. The hotel room was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. We would gladly stay here again.”

“The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly……

“The hotel was located close to La concha and local shops and restaurants. The bus stop is outside the door and in 15 min you can be in the old town. The service is very easy to use.We enjoyed the local shops and the ease of getting in and out of town. It does not have a pool as is advertised. Rooms and service were good and friendly. ”
