“Loved our stay. Bathroom was huge and they have valet parking!”

“The bed and pillows were comfortable; the room was clean and in good condition. Loved the Starbucks in the lobby and the in-house restaurant was reasonable and good! Also loved the parking garage that connected to the hotel. The only thing I did not care for was the service requested for the beverage refrigerator, since my friend and I did not know how to work it and there were no instructions. We didn't know you had to press "Quick Cool" and then open and then shut the door. The service……

“The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.”

“Very quiet. Front Desk was very pleasant and accommodating. The property is showing wear. The carpet in the elevators was filthy! Bathroom was clean but needs caulking around tub and tub floor.”
