“It was fine. The bed was ok. The food was ok. The rooms are cleaned every other day. It was quiet. ”

“Hotel appeared to be severely understaffed. My wife and I went to the bar and restaurant on the first evening and were never approached by any waitress or waiter. We went to the bar and again were never served. So we just left and never went back for the remainder of our stay. Housekeeping only serviced the room on the first day of our stay and never returned the other days. Very disappointed with service. ”

“The stagf qas very friendly. The lobby was clean and pleasant looking. Our batheoom was a lirtle grungy looking. The toilet looked stained.”

“Smell of weed in the hallway this evening. Room is poorly lit. 1/6 cell phone chargers in the room works. I have stayed here before, and it seems that the quality of the room has declined.”

“The service was really good! The desk was friendly unhelpful. The rooms were clean good stay.”

“Girl at the front desk was super nice. There were some rowdy individuals in the room above me and beside me. Can't really control that. No complaints about the property. I think Morgantown itself needs more street lighting especially in that area. It's very confusing navigating around to get food at night if you need to drive a bit.”
