“Booked and billed through expedia. Evolve sent my itinerary, check in information, and property contact. Tried to contact several times the week before check in day and received no response. Got a text from the owner the day of check in. She was great but was not the original name or phone number i received from evolve. Not sure why evolve is even in the process.”

“We booked and the booking was canceled without any notification. Expedia refused to release host phone number. We were headed that way when I finally got out of them that THEY canceled the booking. They said it was due to none payment.....I called the bank. They never tried to pull the funds. My children and I would have been 3 hrs. from home in the dark trying to get in a house like common burglars if I had not got very angry and demanded to know why they were not releasing the host's……
