“I've stayed here many times, and this time it was truly disappointing... their internet had always been slow... but at least it's free and available... on this trip, I only discovered that the hotel's internet is down after I checked in... had I known, I would've moved to another hotel. And when inquired about a refund, they said their internet is ok, the fault is the service providers, thus no refund or compensation will be offered...”

“飯店員工態度算熱誠,但設備比起東北亞國家就遜了！ 房間洗手台只有冷水,淋浴才有熱水（個別電力供應）,沒有牙刷牙膏（還好已有準備）。 沒有冰箱及吹風機。 這次個人運氣不佳,先入住的房間在洗澡一半突然停電。櫃台主動打電話來換房間, 結果換一間是電視故障的,還好用手機消遣,不看電視。網路強度也不佳,常常斷訊,不過考量這算鄉下地方, 也就不能強求。 早餐簡單, 種類不多,只求果腹。對街的旅館旁邊有間便利商店,可以買點飲料點心。另外對街還有一間餐廳（Ｌatte)算當地有名, 可以去找點當地美食。”

“We stayed at the zuri for 12 nights and every one of those nights were wonderful! Firstly Iloilo is an amazing city full of friendly people, and the staff were no exception. Nothing was too much hassle and full of smiles and happy attitudes. We requested a few things from the front desk and they ladies were super happy to help. The room was nice, big comfy bed and a great shower and aircon, the pool area gives a fantastic view of the city and has a great bar with cocktails and snacks. All in……

“The staff were friendly! The room is clean & big with very comfy bed. Restaurant food is great and inexpensive. I enjoyed watching planes go by as its near the runway. Something new.”

“The only downside is the entrance area floods when it rains so entering and exiting the building is interesting. Maybe the burangay will help fix this problem. ”
