“This is an excellent property on the north side of Phoenix. There is a large open living/dining/kitchen space with a large screen TV and comfortable furnishings. The two bedrooms are slightly removed from this open living space allowing for quiet and privacy--a nice layout. The kitchen had everything one could need, bathrooms were excellent as were beds. In all--a great property.”

“What an amazing home! I took my boys there so we could watch some college baseball and the location was perfect. The neighborhood was clean and quiet and the home had lots of parking. Will definitely go back. ”

“Upside: The house was well located for restaurants and shopping. Garage parking was a huge plus. WiFi was excellent. Washer and dryer were nice. TVs and fireplace were nice. Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were nice. Downside: all bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Steps are steep and laminate flooring. Back door handle was broken and came off in my hand. When we arrived the grass in the back yard was waist high. Yard crew showed up at 8am Friday to mow and weed yard. City garbage cans were……
