“Second Stay! Excellent resort. One problem - Reserved a cabana (for a fee) for the day. Wanted shade in the 105 degree heat. The fan/mister was not working inside cabana. It was like an oven. Staff said would be fixed the next day - Never fixed all week. Otherwise a beautiful resort.”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Phoenician. The food and service were excellent! The staff was so friendly and attentive. We had a tough flight getting into Phoenix and the hotel manager was so kind and upgraded our room and comped our parking, which immediately lifted our spirits. Our room was gorgeous and the golf course, spa and fitness center were top notch. We will definitely be back!! ”
