“Second Stay! Excellent resort. One problem - Reserved a cabana (for a fee) for the day. Wanted shade in the 105 degree heat. The fan/mister was not working inside cabana. It was like an oven. Staff said would be fixed the next day - Never fixed all week. Otherwise a beautiful resort.”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Phoenician. The food and service were excellent! The staff was so friendly and attentive. We had a tough flight getting into Phoenix and the hotel manager was so kind and upgraded our room and comped our parking, which immediately lifted our spirits.
