“The condo was gorgeously decorated and very comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect. The keys were easy to pick up and drop off. My only issue was basic maintenance issues, items that have been looked over. Not sure if it's because this property isn't used very much or things are not reported? When I reported it to the management company, they offered to bring a maintenance tech the following day, however didn't offer anything to me for my inconvenience. For example, the master……

“The unit was comfortable and clean and the location great. The carpeting and dark wood looked a bit dated. We especially enjoyed our time at the bowling alley where all 10 of us enjoyed a friendly competition and the pool table in the lobby was great entertainment for the kids. Getting into the facility was stressful. The key box was crowded with some broken boxes and poor labeling. We had no communication about who to call for help.
