“Cute condo. Could hear upstairs neighbors every little step. So loud and kept us up until 11pm every night and woke us up every morning at 6am. ”

“Overall it was a pretty nice place to stay. Close to the downtown area of Keystone which is great for if your skiing/snowboarding or mountain biking. We went in the off season and had the area to ourselves mostly which was great to let our littles run around. Everything we needed as well. A little dusty- could do with a good air vent cleaning but overall really nice. ”

“Great place in the perfect River Run location. Highly recommend if you are looking for a convenient, fun, and private place to stay in the heart of Keystone. Room to spread out, a good kitchen set up, and close to everything. We have stayed here twice in July and can get pretty warm in the summer months. There is no AC and it would be great if there was a fan in the room. We ran to Lowes in Silverthorn to pick one up and were good to go once we got the air moving. ”

“What an amazing location. The sounds of the river were amazing. The space is exactly as it said and is located in a great location where you can walk to almost anything at the resort. My wife and I will be back.”

“The property had plenty of space, and included everything needed for a great comfortable stay. It was also within walking distance to shopping, skiing/snowboarding, and dining on Ricer Run Village. Super cute place. We'll definitely be returning!”

“In entire townhouse, they heated seriously without considering ventilation. It is even hard to breath if you stay long in the lobby and in the room area. Once you sleep one night, you will realise the consequence of this bad air condition. You can easily feel headaches. I had to seal door gaps with some tapes to survive in the room. Check out is 10AM. They could earn more money by setting it to 8AM.. haha.. I had to visit other center (20mins of walking) to get extra shampoo. yellow stain in……
