“Great location!”

“Overall it was a pretty nice place to stay. Close to the downtown area of Keystone which is great for if your skiing/snowboarding or mountain biking. We went in the off season and had the area to ourselves mostly which was great to let our littles run around. Everything we needed as well. A little dusty- could do with a good air vent cleaning but overall really nice. ”

“I would have rated this place five stars but I called 2 days prior to leaving for clean sheets and towels. I received the towels but the guy that delivered the towels said he would be back with sheets. 45 minutes passed no sheets I called they said they would get on top of it. Never received sheets. Also durning the day it got pretty hot as there is no ac. They do provide a fan. I overall liked the place it was in the middle of a strip so it was nice to walk. ”

“In entire townhouse, they heated seriously without considering ventilation. It is even hard to breath if you stay long in the lobby and in the room area. Once you sleep one night, you will realise the consequence of this bad air condition. You can easily feel headaches. I had to seal door gaps with some tapes to survive in the room. Check out is 10AM. They could earn more money by setting it to 8AM.. haha.. I had to visit other center (20mins of walking) to get extra shampoo. yellow stain in……

“Complex is a bit run down there was a pile of tile and a 5 gallon bucket of paint when you walked in the door it was very noisy as people were talking loud in the hallway it was not a skiing and ski out the lift was about a quarter mile away it was clean the check-in was pretty easy as well”

“I would say that this space is "ok". There are pros and cons to any vacation rental and this property is no different. The pros are location (fantastic - especially with kids), parking (easy and heated), and cleanliness. However, the fireplace does not work, the building has plumbing issues, and windows are drafty. The fireplace is a known issue and we were told the building is older and therefore it will not work. The water was shut off for a day and there is an occasional smell that comes from……
