“The condo was a great size and comfortable for our group. The view is exceptional and the best part about the stay. Temperatures were warm, which was very pleasant everywhere but in the master/loft, which seemed to radiate a lot of heat off the wonderful but hot wall of windows. The kitchen was great and well equipped. Overall, we were very happy with this place. Constructive criticism would include tidying the clutter and furniture and updating the information given, including check out times……

“Great place right by the lake in Keystone. Easy access to everything. Only 1 parking spot with the unit so if you have more than 1 car it is a long walk from the free parking at the Lodge but this seems to be the standard in Keystone. There may be a bus from the lodge, we didn't check. The unit was small but had everything we needed. We used the pull out bed which was very comfortable and used the kitchen daily. The BBQ Grill was not in working order as there was no propane tank and it seemed……

“Everything was good about the property. But, the only complaint I have is that the TV Xfinity did not work and you could not watch it. They had a smart TV and Hulu and Netflix was not working either. So, wanting to watch TV at night was out.”

“When booking this place looked great for our needs.....but after paying and getting checkin info we found out the pool was closed but yet there were people swimming but our key cards would not open the door. 1 of 3 of our cards worked at all. They said there was parking for trailers and showed a large parking lot but thats not the one for trailers we had to park about 2 miles away and walk back. The unit was clean and nice and comfortable but the AC did not work thank god they had fans and the……

“Not a pleasant experience. We booked this place and was notified less than 48 hours prior that they accidentally overbooked due to computer error and cancelled our reservation. Management was less than friendly nor did they try to find us another accommodation. A simply "sorry" is poor customer service which left us in a bind at the last minute. Will not book here again. ”
