“First time stay—Have to say it is very unique—it is like an upscale hip youth hostel. I got the last room available for a J-Rad concert in Dillon. It was a private room—not in the communal dormitory area of the hotel. The room had 6 individual sleeping pods! I’ve never seen a hotel room like this one. Very clean and industrial modern. “The property was quite dated. When we booked, we didn't realize that the property was managed by Vacasa. They communicated through email. The instructions were sufficient, but it would have been nice to interact with a real person. The location was convenient, but the property was not very nice.”

“I needed soft horizontal surfaces for 8 people to sleep on, and one of them had to be main floor with bathroom access for elderly, in a convenient location for Copper. That is what I got. So many lights were just burned out. Several others were unplugged for some reason, so we stumbled around trying to find things when we got there the first night. Most of the heaters had drapes that blocked them so the place was freezing until we moved them. The beds creaked a LOT. Bedroom with full bath had……

“It’s the bare minimum I would accept for this price point. It’s a decent place, needs lots of work. Not even talking about updates. The single parking spot is disappointing for a 4 bdrm condo. It’s also not super easy access. Check in process was easy enough off site. Location is the gem for this one if you can take the subpar beds and kitchen. The tvs are decent, the use of furniture not bad. Just set expectations lower on this rental. ”
