“Overall the stay was fine. The kitchen is not well provisioned and I tend to cook, even when vacationing, so that was frustrating. The real problem, and it may very well be one that future guests will not encounter at all, was that after a long day of work and driving there was no hot water. And I have two boys that we had just picked up from soccer practice before making the drive up. The problem wasn’t resolved until around noon on day two. Diane was so easy to communicate with and responded so quickly to any questions. The main bedroom is lovely view of the mountain. Other bedrooms had soft cozy beds as well. The space was just right for our group of 5. Directions were very easy to follow. Garage was clean and warn. It made our first trip to Copper Mountain so memorable. ……

“This property was a struggle to find and get into from the first. It was not listed that you have to carry your luggage and gear through three doors and up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator.. in order to get to any amenities you have to go outside the building into the building next door. Theere was a coffee maker but no coffee pot and it took the rental company three days to get us a repalacwment so we had to get dressed and go out for coffee in the morning. ”
