“Everything worked ”

“The place was very nice. Location was very convient. Walk to the lifts. Hot tubs on side were nice. Only one elevator was working. Room was clean and well kept. There is no fan in the bathroom, need to open windows/door to control heat which is a little high, so the air gets a bit dry. ”

“Great facility, walking distance from River Run. NO ski locker key. Several electrical outlets were not working and the outlets are very old, charging cubes wouldn’t stay in. Noisy family above us, rooms are not very sound proof.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The staff was welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent, offering different options every day. Coffee and free water were available all the time, which was a nice touch. The hotel is in a prime location, with everything close by—snow activities, the beautiful and vibrant River Run area, and more. However, on our last day, the fire alarm went off, creating a chaotic situation. We’ve never experienced anything like this before, and evacuating with kids in……

“Very spacious condo with great views and easy access to a beautiful trail. We loved spending time here as a family of four and enjoyed preparing and having our meals here. The one issue we had was that the dining area chairs were in poor condition. It also came as a surprise to us that you have to go down the stairs when you enter the entrance. But other than that, this was a great place for a very reasonable price. ”
