“Although it was a small home, it had everything we needed! It was the perfect cozy home to enjoy after a long day on the slopes. Everything was labeled in the home which made things so much easier to look for. And then the coffee bar and water. A lot of places we have rented didn’t come with any coffee and we’d have to buy water to last us. This place came equipped! ”

Prior to arriving, the property manager had excellent communication skills, answered all my questions and provided great details to make check in a very smooth transition. “First, Tina and her team are very good hosts. They were available and communicated exceptionally before, during, and after our stay. As someone who is very familiar with the workings of the High Rockies short term rental industry, their ability to respond quickly and efficiently was a huge benefit. “The cabin is nicely situated next to a stream, with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect. We never drove more than 15 min to get anywhere we wanted to go, from mountain hikes to downtown strolls. Highly recommend this place for your Breck adventure. One final note, it's rare to find a vacation rental with such comfortable beds!!”

“I was surprised by how clean and well furnished the home was, as well as it's very remote location. The access road is quite bumpy, so drive with caution. It takes you all the way up the mountain, amidst the snowcapped mosquito range and several 14ers including the legendary Quandary Peak and Mount Democrat. The surrounding wilderness is Subalpine Fir/Spruce Forest with plenty of wildlife. During our stay we viewed White Tailed Deer, Moose, Chickarees, Golden Mantled Grounds Squirrels,……

“We travels from east texas to this beautiful home to have a white Christmas. The property was just as described on the site, down to the previous reviews stating that the driveway was steep. Upon arriving the driveway was slick and we barely got up it with snow chains. We located the provided sand and salt that was only a scoop full. We tried calling the property management to get more supply and have the driveway treated as previously requested. We didn’t get a call back until the next……

“The cabin was perfect in size, cleanliness, furnishings and location. Some issues: We were unable to turn on the t.v.'s even after carefully following the instructions. There is no Wifi either. Lighting throughout is extremely dim making it impossible to read. I definitely would recommend this beautiful cabin.”

“Fit our group of 10 really well. It's has an old school cottage feel, backs up to the river for beautiful ambiance/sound, and is well stocked. 10-12m to gondola and right next to bus line if you dont want to walk. Incredible/ thoughtful/communicative host”
