“The unit we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and just as pictured/described. We also enjoyed the two hot tubs. The property is currently undergoing renovations, which we were not aware of until our arrival. The lobby and the media room are unusable construction zones, with heavy machinery operations occurring in the immediate area.”

“Loved the condo and the location. Very short walk to the River Run Gondola. Unit was well laid out and our party of 5 had plenty of room. Would definitely rent this unit again. ”

“Everything looked great and property mgr was great at communicating with us! One tub wasn’t draining very well and maintenance came by the following day and fixed it. We were a family of five with youngest 18 years. We had plenty of space. Enjoyed being close to everything. Would have been nice to have some hot pads in kitchen but got by using wash clothes and towel. Overall a great stay and would return!”

“It is not the fault of the management company, but future customers should know this unit gets extremely hot if the outdoor temps are over 50. There is no A/C, which is listed, but be aware that you may be opening windows and running box fans even in the winter/early spring if temps are mild. I have stayed at several properties managed by this same company, and out of all of them, this one is in the most need of a little TLC maintenance. I'm not the kind of renter to let little blemishes, or……

“We had a great stay at this condo. It was clean, comfortable, and a great space to work from during the day. The environment was quiet and peaceful—perfect for both productivity and relaxation. “River Run Village is an amazing location. We stayed at the SilverMill Condos. The condo itself got the job done. Plenty of space for two adults and two children. It was very clean and well kept. Some things were a bit outdated in our particular condo. The mattress was definitely old and uncomfortable. The stovetop took a while to heat up food. One of the four burners didn’t work. The hair dryer in the bathroom didn’t work. But, overall, it was a comfortable space to eat, sleep, and relax. I……

"It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it."
