“Nice property in a convenient location ”

“Everything looked great and property mgr was great at communicating with us! One tub wasn’t draining very well and maintenance came by the following day and fixed it. We were a family of five with youngest 18 years. We had plenty of space. Enjoyed being close to everything. Would have been nice to have some hot pads in kitchen but got by using wash clothes and towel. Overall a great stay and would return!”

“Our stay at Timbers 3081 worked perfectly for our group! We enjoyed the condo because of the ski in/ski out convenience, the whole group eating at the large table, and relaxing in the evening in the spacious living room. The remodeled bathrooms were nice especially the steam shower in the master bathroom. We will more than likely book it again on our next trip to Keystone.”

“Condo is very nice, 1 bedroom king size bed nice bathroom drawers and hanging bar for closet, very good. second bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed for very nice for a family of 4. Very practical kitchen with everything necessary. Lovely dining area seating for 6 with extra 4 high chairs at the counter. Lovely living room view of the lake. Be aware that they are 2 flights of steep steps (34 in total) before reaching the condo. For me that was a tremendous drawback, totally out of breath……

“The vibes of the entire cabin are perfect for a ski weekend. The views, wood stove and hot tub were all great amenities to have, and there was plenty of space for our whole group. John was very helpful throughout the entire process. Would definitely stay again!”

“This condo is well-equipped and very nicely decorated; taking some decor ideas for my own home. Heat is provided by a mobile space heater, but it performed well. The unit is conveniently located to Breck and Frisco. The condo is in a very quiet neighborhood, but it is in a residential neighborhood; otherwise, we had a very nice stay.”

“Wish this had been our destination, instead of a brief pitstop! Bed and linens super comfortable and very high quality - slept great! Hot tub was so fun to enjoy while it snowed on us as we watched the NBA playoffs on the TV though the window! Thoughtful touches (high-end shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, etc.) Enhanced our Breck experience! ”
