“The hotel was beautiful and the staff friendly. As far as the room went, the bathroom counter space was very small and even though the sliding bathroom door was neat, it isn’t the best for privacy as the door is frosted glass. I was traveling with my four kids and they didn’t feel it was a very private space. The shower was very nice with both a removable spray nozzle and rain option. “The location and architecture/design evoked a feeling of being in a European village. In-room fireplace, breakfast, spa, use of Hyatt pool and facilities, staff all contributed to the unique experience. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Very walkable/bikeable community. Beautiful homes and unique stone chapel are in the resort. Ice rink at the base of world class ski runs add to the ambiance.”
