“Not enough parking still had to pay $40 a night for parking, billiards out of order, construction on site, not enough choices for food in the hotel, no convenience store for misc things”

“It was a excellent stay. The property management office is a great team. Their follow up calls and e-mails made sure my first trip to Colorado was safe and a success. The Avon is a great stay everything is soooo convenient and in walking distance. The villa is well kept and spacious with wonderful views. Check out should be later!! All in all 5 stars!! “The overall village was great. Outdoor ambience was great. Room was nice but uncomfortable and did not have a balcony as pics showed and had a very limited Mountain View even though that was advertised ”

“The property is a little dated but nice. Sheets were a miss-match of colors and designs. New white bed linens would be a great improvement! Property is listed as "air conditioned". There is one AC in the main room and it did not seam to work. No AC in bedrooms. Luckily the temperature outside was pretty cool at night, so we opened the windows. Location is fantastic.Building was very quiet.”
