“I came here for vacation at the end of September. Except that the water in the swimming pool is not very hot, this is a great hotel, fully in line with the Ritz-Carlton level! !”

“Hotel facilities and rooms are great. However, the service is mediocre at best. Staff seems to be inexperienced. Parking garage is terrible. Overall, a great hotel but not what I would expect from the Westin brand at this price point. ”

“the management of the property was suboptimal. First of all we did not get what we booked due to the property mechanical issues. We were assigned to other "similar equivalent" property. There is no on-site services available. The answering service was not helpful. We are not rude but they are not warm either. I guess this is the mentality of a large corporation of employees.”

“The condo is great. The fact that it is a corner unit is a real plus. It lets in a lot more light, and provides much better views. For a one bedroom it is very large. A short walk to the ski village, and very convenient ski in ski out. There is a shuttle bus that can take you almost any where in town. ”
