“What an amazing place to stay! The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and absolutely spotless. The views from the balcony are gorgeous. The lodge is lovely and the staff were wonderful. The locker rooms and bathrooms were always clean. The lift is steps alway and provided easy skiing access to the main mountain lifts. The shuttle was very convenient, but the village is only a short walk. My kids loved the pool and hot tub after skiing all day. The host was super, responded quickly to texts, helped……

“Wonderful location and had everything we needed.”

“The unit was perfect for 3 of us. It had everything we needed. The skier express shuttle was about 50 yards from where we exited the building so that was wonderful. It leaves every 15 minutes . The City Market was a 200 yard walk away which was very convenient. We ordered take out from a couple of places and could walk to pick it up. The unit was very clean when we arrived. It worked well for 3 adults. The property owner was very responsive and informative. ”

“The location of this property is fantastic! With easy access to the riverfront gondola, onsite ski valet, spa, and close proximity to restaurants, this is a very convenient place to stay. Very clean and great communication.”

“We had a great stay. For everyone looking for a true ski-in ski-out property…this is it. At the end of the day, we literally skied to the door of the locker room and the lift takes all of 10 steps before you can put your skis on and glide to the lift.”

“It was a excellent stay. The property management office is a great team. Their follow up calls and e-mails made sure my first trip to Colorado was safe and a success. The Avon is a great stay everything is soooo convenient and in walking distance. The villa is well kept and spacious with wonderful views. Check out should be later!! All in all 5 stars!! “As advertised the unit was renovated recently with high end finishes. Great view of the mountains and equipped with everything we needed. Reed our host was very helpful. We will return for sure. ”
