“Pros: New, very well designed, bright natural light, nice heated garage with elevator access. Overall very comfortable. Easy access to BC and the town of Avon. Kitchen very well appointed.Cons: Additional resort fees (50/day) not well disclosed during the booking process, only highlighted after non-refundable VRBO booking made.”

“Property manager was fantastic when issues arose. Overall nice unit but needs some TLC. The basement bathroom needs lighting near mirror and bedroom needs another night stand. Okay for 1 adult by not 2. Foyer coat hooks fall off daily and need replacing. TP holder in 1 master bedroom needs replacing. Closet in same bedroom is too full of junk to hang anything. Very clean. May sleep 8 but not really designed to accommodate 8 adults”

“The townhouse is very spacious, uncluttered, clean, and in a good location for catching shuttle buses. It is as advertised, retro and very affordable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our larger group, and there were enough towels and paper products. We enjoyed using the private sauna and having space for skis in the garage. We would stay here again.”

“The house was perfectly situated just below the village. It was easy to get there and into Avon/Edwards. The house also provided lots of space for everyone to spread out and relax at the end of each day. The property manager was also incredibly responsive and really attentive!”

“What an incredible place to stay. Sun coming in through the huge skylight in the morning and setting through the floor to ceiling windows in the kitchen/living room in the afternoon. We spent many hours sitting on the huge balcony, enjoying the mountain view through the trees and applauding great puts on the green. An unexpected treat was seeing a deer with two newly born fawns in the front yard. A rare sight indeed.The three level floor plan provided plenty of privacy and the huge kitchen had……
