“The front desk area was terrible. I walked up to the "Front" desk, but since we were checked in to Hilton Gardens Inn, we were directed to go around to the "Back" desk? And, that person could not help us, because the person at the "Front" desk was "entering all the rooms" into their computers? I was told to "wait a minute, and step to the side", meanwhile a line formed and they were all helped and were able to check in, ahead of me? The front desk person continued to look over at me, but kept……

“Arrived Friday afternoon & was greater at the front desk by Stephanie. She went out of her way to make us feel at home. When our daughter’s flight got cancelled, she helped us with arrangements. She went above and beyond her duties to help us at every turn. She has an infectious smile and a very welcoming manner. Our room was extremely comfortably, great beds, solid shower & water pressure and good lighting. The “breakfast” was a bit lacking, but plenty of choices walking distance from the……

“The hotel staff at check in was so nice and friendly. They were super quick to bring us sheets for the pullout. The only bad thing was after 11pm the fire alarm went off. Another customer, leaving the lobby, said it was a false alarm. We headed back to our room. The alarm went off a couple more times, but the lights on the alarm were blinking until after 3 AM. Not exactly a good night's sleep. ”
