“We always love staying at The Marcus Whitman when we're in Walla Walla. The staff is always so friendly and courteous. Lots of food and wine within walking distance. ”

“The furniture and building was very old and out dated. Room smelled old and gross. Furniture looked dusty but was just old and used. Staff when checking in seemed annoyed while others in the back complained about customers they’ve had. When I said I had a service animal it seemed to almost to be an inconvenience for the lady checking me in. I had planned to stay here on my return trip but canceled to stay at a different hotel close by that was more expensive but had better reviews. The……
