“The room could’ve been a little cleaner other than that everyone was very sweet. ”

“It’s terrible, we going to vacation 10days. This hotel is the worst. It’s a smoking hotel. When I get in room, i fell bad, but it’s too late. I can’t change room, we still live this room, i wake up so many times all night. I can’t sleep well. ”

“Room has no bottle water, no door in shower room, breakfast ends 9am which is too early. No drinks after breakfast.”

“Wonderful setting and close walking to restaurants and downtown St. Augustine. Staff went above and beyond customer service. Breakfast was plentiful and different selections each morning of our five night stay. On Wednesday night is the manager's reception in the evening with wine and finger foods it was a nice touch to our stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“The only thing I didn't like was the lack of clarification on where to park ”

“The property was very clean. The room was spacious and had both a refrigerator and microwave which made it very convenient. The front desk staff were very kind and courteous. Rhonda went above and beyond to answer all question's we had, provide excellent customer service and was patient with us. The shower was very nice and TV's were very large. Despite the construction in the lobby, this was one of the best stays and we look forward to coming back! ”

“Silly to pay $5 for parking when surrounded by stores. just give car passes and tow signs for the hotel spaces ”
