The night time manager was courteous, helpful, and pleasant to converse with. There were issues with television service, continuously showing error message while watching. “We are over 70 and we did not have a bathroom in our room. I may have read this, but I don’t recall reading it. We would not have rented this room if I’d known it didn’t have a bathroom in the room. Luckily, the room we would have shared the bathroom with was not occupied, but we still had to go out of our room, utilize the bathroom. Remember the code to get back in our bedroom a couple of times a night. Also, the stairs going up to the room, and all rooms are located on the second floor, are……
