“So outside the property there is a lot of infrastructure developments under way which seems to be a problem in this area od Pune, no fault of the hotel. The hotel itself was an unexpected surprise. The staff are all super polite and helpful. The room was larger than i expected and very comfortable, well lit with good air con, sound proofing, hot shower etc... only drawback was the lack of power outlets for charging devices, a common problem in older properties. “Overall, my stay at the hotel was satisfactory, but there are some areas that could be improved. While the value for money was reasonable, I found the parking access to be lacking. Additionally, I was disappointed to find expired cream sachets in the room. Moreover, there was an inconvenience as I had to request towels during my stay. I hope these issues can be addressed to enhance the guest experience in the future.”

“I had a four night stay at the Hotel Ketan and I would definitely choose to stay there again. The hotel is centrally located in a busy part of town. The free breakfast was very filling and fun to try local dishes. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange a car from the airport upon request. ”
