“We chose this place based purely on its location and hoped for the best. It didn’t wow us, but it didn’t disappoint. My biggest issue is that there was no one in the office for check in, our key was in an envelope with our names on it taped to the office door with a page of instructions, and we had to call the number on the instruction sheet to find out about things like the wifi only to be told that it was in “the notebook”. The notebook they referred to was buried in a basket that I had to dig……

“Secluded, yet convenient to other parts of Asheville. Friendly staff. Great breakfast, snacks and refreshment options on site. Only negative comment is the mattress in the Tree room needs replacing. Definitely worth visiting if you enjoy bed and breakfast establishments.”
