“Was what I expected. People were great to work with and it was very easy process. The room was very clean. Property is a bit older, but has nice parking. It was a bit out of the way for my purposes, but it is close to the art district, so if that is your thing this place maybe ideal. Also, Rockport isn’t that big, so not necessarily a big deal. ”

“The property was very nice and comfortable. The property Manager Rhonda was great and helpful when i called her. There were not a lot of restrictions like other places I've stayed at. I would definitely recommend this place and I'm already looking when I can stay again. We were so pleased that instead of checking out on Sunday as the original plan we paid for another day without interruption to another guest. ”

“We enjoyed our time at Little Bay! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view was relaxing, and the location was perfect—right by the fishing pier with a front-facing water view. Plus, the pool and close proximity to the beach really added to our overall experience. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We hope to return in the future!”

“Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. I didn’t report the grill issue but I’m sure they would have……
