“Great trip! Extremely accurate representation of the property based of photos, clean, close to the beach and restaurants. Great backyard area… HUGE yard, well landscaped, and great for entertaining. All of the appliances (washer/dryer especially) were newer and worked great. Great trip!”

“Such a cute and cozy place. Perfect location as we had a graduation at Scripps Institute of Oceanography. We were able to walk to graduation as the parking there is limited. Communication was perfect and informative. Walked to dinner ! Would definitely stay there again. Suggest a few more dish towels as no dishwasher… but not a big deal.”

“I was very impressed with how clean the home was when we arrived. You could walk around barefoot and not worry about having dirty feet!!!! The pier to fish was great! Loved that we didn't have to share and made a ton of family memories. Highly recommend - even if you don't fish but you want to get away. Rockport is such a cute town - great downtown full of shops.”

“Our stay at this house was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location couldn't have been better. It was peaceful, scenic, and just steps from the water. “Went for a fishing trip. This place was very clean. The only thing i had an issue with was there wasn't a bbq pit as depicted in pictures. Minor issue. Other than that the stay was great. Very quiet and nice area. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay! Very cute, clean canal front townhome. It was a well-maintained quiet property. We visited 2 of the 3 pools and they were nice and clean. Other guests or owners were quiet and courteous. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The downstairs shower handle was tricky to figure out but the property manager responded quickly and even stopped by to help us figure it out!
