“When I went to check in Cassie at the front desk was so disrespectful unhelpful and waved a finger in my face after I had said that the second floor was not going to work for the other person in my party who had just had hip replacement and I walk with a cane. She didn’t tell us where the elevator was she didn’t tell us which door to go in from the outside she was just too busy to get done because it was the end of her shift and she wanted out but the guy Logan he helped me after her and he got……

“The hotel was nice and accommodating for a family to stay at. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was great and had lots of options. The pool was nice but seemed overly chlorinated. The bathroom could of used some additional cleaning as there seemed to be mold on the ceiling and around the shower. We also were not informed that our room would not get cleaned unless upon request at the time of check in so that is maybe something that should mention prior or at……
